Our signature almond blossom cupcakes were a hit this year for Tu B’Shvat!
We begin with a delicious dark chocolate cupcake base.
We add buttercream frosting flavored with the finest almond extract and a hint of vanilla. And then, it’s time to decorate!
We make our fondant flowers one by one, blossom by blossom and leaf by leaf.
Once the flowers are done, we hand paint the centers of each blossom to mimic the gorgeous color of almond blooms around Gush Etzion and all of Israel.
